Responsibilities
We are searching for a board certified or eligible Pediatrician to join the Quincy Medical Group Clinic. This position is qualified for National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment
Join Our Team
- Collegial, well-respected team of 4 Pediatricians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider.
- Flexible work schedule that can be designed to meet personal and professional needs. Physicians typically work a 4-day workweek plus 1 Saturday per month.
- Primarily outpatient practice.
- Rounding and call schedule to ensure work/life balance. Hospital Call is 1:8, plus back-up call for clinic is rotated.
- Strong referral network and support team.
- Collegial and supportive group of physicians providing patient-centered and evidence- based care.
- Epic EHR.
We Offer
- High earning potential with no cap
- 1 year shareholder track and ASC ownership, no buy-in or downside
- 401k with match (fully vested day one) plus profit sharing
- Eligible for sign-on, relocation, loan forgiveness, and residency stipend
- Up to 6 weeks paid time off and 6 paid holidays
- $2,500 CME allowance plus paif license and certification renewals
- The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $250,000 - $300,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $300,000 - $550,000.
