- Develop and implement the technology vision and roadmap for the vertical, aligning with NAES's strategic goals.
- Lead the deployment of advanced inspection tools, including robotic systems, drones, and thermal imaging technology, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation to maintain a competitive edge.
Operational Integration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology into field operations.
- Oversee the configuration and optimization of proprietary analytics tools to improve predictive maintenance capabilities.
- Drive cost efficiency through automation and technology-enabled workflows.
Data Management and Cybersecurity:
- Ensure secure and efficient management of inspection data, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Develop protocols for data analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
Team Development and Collaboration:
- Build and lead a high-performing technical team specializing in robotics, drone operations, and data analytics.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement to keep the team at the forefront of technological advancements.
Gecko Robotics Liaison and Technology Delivery Oversight
- Serve as the primary technical and operational liaison between NAES and Gecko Robotics, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on technology deployment.
- Facilitate the regular exchange of critical information, ensuring NAES receives timely updates on hardware and software development progress, technical capabilities, and operational constraints.
- Establish and maintain structured communication protocols, including routine progress meetings, reporting mechanisms, and escalation pathways for addressing challenges.
- Define, track, and enforce clear milestones and delivery timelines for Gecko Robotics' technology solutions to ensure successful implementation within NAES operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate NAES's business and operational needs into technical requirements for Gecko Robotics, driving solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Assess the performance of deployed technology, ensuring it meets NAES's quality, safety, and compliance standards, and work with Gecko Robotics to refine and optimize solutions as necessary.
