Description:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our NA Seller Success team. This role will manage initiatives that the impact end-to-end fees experience for third-party sellers in the Amazon store. As the Senior Product Manager for Fees, you'll own the comprehensive fee strategy and recommendations across multiple service categories, ensuring our pricing frameworks balance marketplace growth, seller success, and Amazon's business objectives. This role requires you to synthesize complex data sets, market trends, and seller feedback to shape the future of our fee strategies. You'll work closely with executive leadership to drive strategic decisions. The position demands a blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence, as you'll be responsible for both long-term strategy development and day-to-day product management. You'll need to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, working with teams across Business, seller-facing teams, Finance, Tech, Operations, and Product to deliver cohesive solutions that scale across the NA marketplace.

Success in this role requires not only strong analytical and business acumen but also the ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries. You'll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership while staying connected to the practical realities of our seller community.

Key job responsibilities
\tLead strategic initiatives to develop and optimize fee structures
\tDrive data-informed decision making through partnership with economists, data scientists, and analysts
\tOwn the development and execution of fee strategy proposals and roadmaps
\tBuild and manage cross-functional relationships across Business, Finance, Tech, and Operations teams
\tPresent recommendations and lead reviews with executive leadership
\tDevelop frameworks for measuring seller economics and fee impact
\tCreate and implement processes for data collection and analysis

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience as a product manager or owner

- Experience owning technology products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
