Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and Analyze Program Data:
Collect, organize, and maintain comprehensive programmatic data on
licensure/certification pass rates, student progression, attrition, and enrollment across
multiple campuses. Collaborate with South College data analysts and academic
stakeholders to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for curriculum and instructional
enhancement.
2. Benchmark Performance:
Conduct regular benchmarking of program metrics against national, regional, and peer
institution standards to assess competitiveness and alignment with evolving industry
expectations. Generate comparative reports and recommend strategic adjustments as
needed.
3. Support Regulatory Reporting and Accreditation:
Assist nursing leadership in preparing, validating, and submitting accurate and timely
annual and ad hoc reports to state boards of nursing, accreditation bodies, and other
regulatory agencies. Ensure compliance with data standards and documentation
requirements.
4. Drive Continuous Quality Improvement:
Leverage data analytics to inform program evaluation and guide evidence-based decision-
making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead initiatives to enhance
academic quality, student support, and institutional effectiveness.
5. Develop and Implement Improvement Initiatives:
Collaborate cross-functionally with administration, faculty, Nursing Academic Support

(NAS), and students to design, pilot, and assess interventions aimed at improving student
outcomes, retention, and licensure success rates.
6. Facilitate Stakeholder Communication and Training:
Provide training, tools, and reports to faculty and staff to support data literacy and
informed decision-making. Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment on
performance goals and initiatives.
7. Monitor Program Compliance and Risk Mitigation:
Track regulatory changes and accreditation requirements, proactively identifying potential
risks or gaps in program performance. Recommend timely corrective actions to maintain
program integrity and compliance.
8. Support Strategic Planning and Forecasting:
Contribute data insights to institutional planning processes, including forecasting
enrollment trends, resource allocation, and program expansion opportunities.
Requirements
Education: A minimum of a Master of Science in Nursing required. Experience: Minimum three years of full-time clinical experience in a professional setting in the role of a Registered Nurse required. Minimum 2 years' experience as an educator in post-secondary education required. Experience with NCLEX tracking and program accreditation required.
Licensure: Active unencumbered licensed to practice professional nursing, compact multi-state license preferred.
