Responsibilities
This role will be a key driver in accelerating PHD as the go-to, trusted advisor in the eCommerce space. Demonstrating thought leadership with clients by developing and presenting client industry market research findings, eCommerce search trends, eCommerce growth areas, and new models to consider will be important. As partnerships are key to innovation, this person will be a strategic consultant for the client when reviewing their strategy for display and retail search partners. They will forge new paths in working with (and breaking down barriers with) the walled gardens. The candidate will also bring forth thoughts on new ways to measure commerce-based campaigns beyond immediate return on ad spend. The candidate has strong data literacy and eagerly stays current on the evolving landscape. They can synthesize knowledge and views across subject matters experts to help develop data strategies and POV's on emerging platforms.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$90,000-$155,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

- Lead the strategy and execution of the client's eCommerce and Shopper (in-store) business
- Lead the internal team who will support the execution
- Bringing eCommerce & retail experience, working closely client teams to fuel negotiation to get the most effective use of spend
- Partner with Strategic Planning teams to deliver holistic, omnichannel brand solutions
- Interface with and provide education to clients at all levels and become a subject matter expert on the regulatory aspects of alc/bev marketing
- Define platform standards and share best practices actively in Global community
- Integrate with closely with creative and production partners
- Collaborate with Marketing Science/measurement Integration
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years total CPG/Media industry experience (eCommerce or traditional)
- Proven track record & experience in the eCommerce/retail/shopper space
- Preference for knowledge or experience, more importantly interest in the alc/bev industry
- Deep interest in understanding the client's business
- Curiosity to identify and deliver "what's next" for clients - making the future happen now
- Strong knowledge of connected commerce operations - inclusive of both brand and performance-based marketing
- Aptitude and experience with data and analytics - an ability to understand the language, pull in the right resources as needed, and an eagerness to learn while understanding nuances across countries and targets
- Experience leading eretail/ecomm/shopper projects with creative agencies/partners
- See the big picture and dive into details as needed
- Must have day to day experience with using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
- Preferred experience with Nielsen, IRI, and Profitero
- Hands-on retail media experience
- Client facing experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Management & Entrepreneurship)
