Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Specialty: Therapy, Inpatient Rehab
Job Duration: 10 Weeks
Shift: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday with one Saturday or Sunday rotation per month
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in Inpatient Rehab Facility preferred
License: AR License
Certifications: CPR
Must-Have:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in Inpatient Rehab Facility preferred
Job Description:
- Work 5 days per week with one weekend day rotation per month; facility may consider a 4/10 schedule
- Provide care and specialized treatment to individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses
- Customize intense rehabilitation plans tailored to the individual needs of patients
- Work with patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
- Utilize specialized equipment such as Bionik, Senaptec, VR, Ekso, LiteGait, and Technobody
- Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 1:5-6
- Use RehabConnect and Pinpoint for electronic health records management
- Report to the Therapy Manager upon arrival and wear scrubs in any color
First Day Instructions:
- Time to report can be as early as 6:30 am or 8:00 am
- Ask for the Therapy Manager upon arrival
