We are seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), playing a critical role in supporting daily operations, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving strategic alignment across the business. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring Dartcor's continued growth, operational excellence, and execution of our vision across all business lines.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Team Operations & Partnership
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Senior Leadership Team, facilitating communication, decision-making, and follow-through across departments.
  • Oversee and manage SLT workflows, project priorities, and key initiatives, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Act as a point of coordination for the SLT, optimizing executive schedules, managing meeting cadence, and ensuring clarity of objectives.
  • Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and internal communications to support high-impact decision-making.

Cross-Functional Integration
  • Connect the dots across corporate dining, culinary, operations, retail, marketing, HR, and finance teams.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives that require multi-stakeholder collaboration.
  • Track progress on strategic goals, develop dashboards, and implement systems that promote accountability and execution.
  • Manage the rhythm of business: leadership meetings, offsites, strategic reviews, and internal communications.

Strategic Execution & Growth Enablement
  • Work closely with SLT to design and implement long-term strategies and operational plans.
  • Coordinate the launch and execution of new business units, openings, or process improvements.
  • Provide analytical support to measure success across initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Represent the SLT in cross-departmental meetings or external engagements as needed.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience & Expertise
  • 7+ years of professional experience in operations, strategy, project management, or Chief of Staff-type roles.
  • Hospitality, foodservice, or multi-unit management experience highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of supporting senior executives and managing complex projects.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders.
