The Treasury Manager will manage the treasury operations of Fast Pace Health, including cash management and forecasting, bank and vendor relationship management, and developing and monitoring internal controls, process improvements and efficiencies.

AND
Experience:
At least 4 years of relevant experience.
At least 2 years of management experience
Healthcare experience preferred
Strong US GAAP experience and knowledge
Significant industry experience in Treasury operations
Strong Excel skills required
Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
License Requirements:
CPA Certification

Responsibilities
The Treasury Manager will manage the treasury operations of Fast Pace Health, including cash management and forecasting, bank and vendor relationship management, and developing and monitoring internal controls, process improvements and efficiencies.
Essential Functions:
- Manage day to day treasury functions, including preparation of cash forecasts, debt compliance certificates, cash management and banking relationships.
- Manage cash management functions, including cash positioning, cash reporting, wire and ACH payments, fraud prevention, and bank account setup and maintenance.
- Manage the clinic daily cash and credit card receipts reconciliation process by ensuring all reconciliations are completed timely and accurately and reconciling items are researched and resolved quickly.
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts.
- Design, implement, and maintain internal control systems to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage risk-based internal audit process and perform assessments of controls over key financial processes.
- Provide recommendations for control enhancements and process improvements to mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Assist in the preparation of loan related documents.
- Work with internal resources and external partners to develop reporting tools to aid the business in managing cash and improving efficiency.
- Assist with the maintenance of unclaimed property policies and procedures.
- Manage the preparation and timely filing of unclaimed property to the states.
- Manage appropriate procedures and processes around month-end activity.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Assist with accounting questions and bank transactions inquiries.
- Develop and maintain controls and processes for all company card issuance, cancellations and limit management.
- Manages PEX and credit card operations and interface with service providers.
- Develop a strong working relationship with our bankers and service providers.
- Cultivate continuous process improvement to ensure efficient operations, while planning for growth of the company.
- Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training.
- Ensure adherence to objectives, operating policies and procedures, and strategic action plans for achieving goals.
- Motivates self and overall team to create a positive, productive, and efficient work environment supportive of our values while meeting and exceeding our company goals.
- Leads by example, within team and as a result overall staff in attitude and work performance that represents our values.

- Responsible for overseeing training for positions that report to the Treasury Manager.
- Responsible for overseeing performance and any related counseling of positions that report to the Treasury Manager, up to and including recommendation for termination of employment.
- Responsible for employees adhering to Standards of Operation, Core Values, and all other company policies.
- Responsible for overseeing annual review process for positions that report to the Treasury Manager.
- The ability to provide training to positions that report to the Treasury Manager on Company Standards of operations.
- The ability to provide ongoing monitoring of standards by conducting standards testing on positions that report to the Treasury Manager.
- The ability to perform the physical use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands.
