What to Expect
The Sr. IT Application Management Associate will serve as the primary business support and resource for the Alfa system, diagnosing and resolving issues related to system functionality, business rules, workflows, and other configuration elements.
What You Will Do
1. Serve as the primary business support for the Alfa Systems diagnosing and resolving issues related to system functionality, business rules, workflows, and other configuration elements. Maintain user accounts by creating, modifying, and deleting them, while ensuring appropriate access permissions are maintained.
2. Oversee all system configuration updates and ensuring the creation and maintenance of accurate, up-to-date documentation.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation to support users and aid in problem resolution and provide basic training on system functionalities as needed.
4. Participate in the testing, evaluation, and implementation of system enhancements and defect fixes as required.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
Minimum 4-6 years of alfa or contract/ asset/portfolio management system application experience.
Previous experience in a digital product / channel management role with exposure to a dealer / customer facing environment and/or back-office operations.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance or related field
General knowledge of the Auto Finance Industry.
Working knowledge of user interface design principles and user/customer experience.
Ability to problem solve using data, analytics, business acumen, and strong troubleshooting skills.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Functionally savvy to support an understanding of the business capabilities and constraints.
Solid oral and written communication skills.
Ability to rapidly iterate and evolve product to meet customer and HCA needs.
Comfort operating in global environments across locations, and time zones.
Proficient in project management and presentation software including PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Excel, Access, and Word.
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
