Your 'day to day':
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing direction, support, and development opportunities. Cultivate a collaborative, positive and high-performing team environment.
- Build and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Carry out comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. This involves bringing to bear different sourcing methods, like job boards, direct sourcing, social networks, and referral programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and business partners to understand organization structure and team design. Provide direction and support throughout the recruitment process.
- High-Volume Recruiting: Lead high-volume recruiting efforts, ensuring timely and effective hiring to meet business needs. Implement strategies to handle large applicant pools and maintain a streamlined process to meet ambitious hiring deadlines.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply recruitment metrics and data to evaluate and improve the hiring process. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to TA, HR and functional Leadership.
- Employer Branding: Elevate the company's employer brand by promoting a positive and engaging candidate experience. Collaborate with TA Operations to build and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Support compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and standard processes in talent acquisition.
Who we're looking for:
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Commutable distance to Stamford, CT.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proven experience managing a high-performing mid-size team and handling high-volume recruiting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hyper-growth environment.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Familiarity with various sourcing methods and tools.
