Salary: $135,000 - $145,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Benefits +20% Bonus Eligible

Job Summary

This General Manager position will oversee and ensure the successful daily operations for a premier conference center. You must have outstanding communication and hospitality skills, have the ability to manage multiple tasks and services at any given time, and be a great people leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Manages overall day to day operations of the account
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
• Works with the Executive Chef and management team to create outstanding and memorable experiences for our clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of complex foodservice management experience
• Strong financial acumen
• High hospitality IQ
• Desire to learn and grow with an industry leading foodservice company
