What to Expect

The Sr. Digital Product Owner (Mobility) is responsible for executing the digital vision, strategy, and roadmap for HCA's Commercial and Mobility initiatives, in support of the HCA enterprise digital roadmap. In this highly visible position, this role will drive innovation and provide digital thought leadership to various internal and external stakeholders, including internal HCA departments, OEM digital teams, and HQ global matrix partners. In addition, this role will be heavily involved in creation of technology roadmaps, facilitation and creation of business requirements, business cases, vendor selection processes, and communications to drive executive approvals.

What You Will Do

1. As the subject matter expert, support the digital and technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for HCA's Commercial/Mobility business; work with business leaders to understand problems, current/future requirements, and define and shape innovative solutions.

2. Collaborate with internal and external partners to translate the strategic vision into priorities, goals, and a roadmap of features and enhancements that drive extraordinary customer experiences.

3. Identity digital capabilities and emerging technologies; assess their impact, strategic fit, opportunities, and risks to shape the strategic direction of innovation efforts.

4. Perform best practices benchmarking studies by leveraging all available sources including internal/ public information and SME interviews and provide valuable implications for HCA to close technology/innovation gaps against bestin-class market players.

5. Manage/leverage vendor relationships to deliver design thinking, proof of concepts, and associated business and system requirements; support all required project governance materials.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in an IT/Business strategy or digital product management role with exposure to a dealer/customer facing environment and/or back-office operations.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce projects, either as part of an implementation team or as a user of Salesforce in a business environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce is a plus.
Finance Industry, or Captive Automotive Finance industry experience preferred.
Prior consulting experience a plus.
Bachelor degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
MBA a plus.
Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
Understands strategic perspective and is able to deliver results in a climate of rapid change.
Experience in product management, software product lifecycle, roadmap development, backlog management, and user story creation.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and features like automation, reporting, and integrations.
Working knowledge of CRM, Business Process Management, Digital Workflows and Automation.
Comfortable making decisions supporting change and recommending new approaches to the way we do business.
Strong Interpersonal skills and an ability to influence corporate direction working closely with senior management to socialize and drive innovative solutions and communicate their value.
Familiarity with Personas, Customer Journey mapping and analytics.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to senior management and engage with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Working knowledge of system architecture, connectivity, and related concepts is helpful.
Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and/or vendor relationships simultaneously with close attention to detail and process.
Ability to recognize agile methodologies suitable for the project and able to adapt and formulate hybrid approaches.

Proficient with project management and presentation software including PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Excel, Access, and Word.

Work Environment

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
