Senior Tax Analyst

Position: Senior Tax Analyst

Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $90k - $110k + Bonus

International Conglomerate seeks a Senior Tax Analyst to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review corporate and partnership tax returns, including those with international components.
• Assist with international tax compliance
• Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions.
• Assist with tax provision calculations for financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on international tax planning strategies.
• Monitor global tax developments and assess their impact on the company.
• Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of tax accounting experience, preferably with international tax exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of U.S. international tax laws and corporate tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and tax software
• Experience in public accounting or multinational corporations.
