Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Stay informed about industry-related technical advancements, materials, and construction techniques.
• Collaborate with the product development team to understand the technical aspects of our balcony solutions and provide input on product improvements.
• Train the marketing team on technical aspects to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our balcony products and services.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition to inform marketing decisions.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, content, and collateral to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Digital Presence:

• Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media profiles.
• Optimize website content and user experience to attract and engage customers.
• Utilize digital marketing tools to enhance online visibility and customer engagement.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including copywriters, graphic designers, and digital marketers.
• Ensure team members are aligned with company goals and execute marketing plans effectively.

Technical Support:

Qualifications:

• Must have demonstrated google ads & campaign experience
