Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Tucson. This role is ideal for someone who values personalized, patient-centered care, enjoys working in a team-oriented atmosphere, and is passionate about helping people move better and feel stronger.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
- Provide 45-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions, ensuring quality care and individualized attention.
- Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based techniques to enhance recovery.
- Educate patients on rehabilitation strategies, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
- Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists, front office staff, and referring providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in physical therapy to continually improve patient care.
Qualifications
- Physical Therapy Degree from an accredited program.
- Arizona state PT licensure (or ability to obtain before start date).
- Experience in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and team members.
- Passion for providing high-quality, hands-on patient care.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
