About the Role
As Senior Commercial Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company's commercial product strategy for our newly launched product called Scheduled Routes. You bring a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer-centric thinking, while working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product offerings that deliver business value.
You will actively engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs, refine product positioning, and deliver solutions that create competitive advantage and drive commercial growth. As a commercially focused product leader, you're comfortable navigating all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept through launch and market expansion.
Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of routing and scheduling software markets and commercial opportunities across segments.
Drive product strategy with a focus on business value, revenue potential, and customer adoption.
Understand the competitive landscape and products from our competitors.
Manage the product lifecycle, with an emphasis on commercial readiness, go-to-market execution, and customer success.
Translate customer and market needs into product requirements, working closely with development teams to ensure clarity and delivery.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners to foster loyalty, gather feedback, and validate product direction.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or related field. A master's degree in business would be an added asset.
5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a commercially focused role (e.g., GTM, customer engagement, pricing, or monetization).
Experience working with B2B SaaS and/or API-driven platforms.
Proven success translating market insights into commercially successful product offerings.
An effective communicator with the ability to convey business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker, and strong collaboration skills.
Familiarity with transportation tech, dynamic scheduling, and logistics platforms is a plus.
