ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage employees engaged in surveillance activities.
- Formulate, direct and participate in the development and implementation of goals and objectives for the surveillance department.
- Develop departmental procedures and policies to ensure integrity of gaming activities and casino assets.
- Inform Management of all activities involving violations of Internal Controls, the Gaming Regulations, Company policies and procedures, and any theft/embezzlement by employees or patrons.
- Review and evaluate daily shift reports and incident reports, investigate and take the appropriate action.
- Perform video reviews for various departments as requested.
- Research new technology or methods to improve surveillance efficiency.
- Interview, hire and train surveillance employees.
- Review and check all operating activities to ensure that department control and conduct are in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain liaison with all Directors and Vice Presidents of the company.
- Other duties as assigned.
