Ewing Outdoor Supply, a leading supplier of landscape and irrigation products, is looking for a Divisional Sales Manager to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction across our targeted regions. As the Divisional Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of account managers, develop strategic sales initiatives, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve divisional sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders while providing exceptional service.

- Oversee the sales budget, forecasts, and expense reports.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the landscape or irrigation industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at analyzing sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
