Apple Rehab is seeking dedicated health care professionals to provide quality care to our residents. We are seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs'), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RN).*

• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

• Apple Rehab Rocky Hill, 45 Elm Street, Rocky Hill, CT 06067
• Apple Rehab West Haven, 308 Savin Ave, West Haven, CT 06516
• Apple Rehab Uncasville, 5 Richard Brown Drive, Uncasville, CT 06382

Rates:

• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
  • 7am to 3pm: $36/hour
  • 3pm to 11pm: $38/hour
  • 11pm to 7am: $40/hour
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • 7am to 3pm: $56/hour
  • 3pm to 11pm: $58/hour
  • 11pm to 7am: $60/hour
• Registered Nurses (RN)
  • $75/hour

Start Date: To Be Determined

Requirements:

• Valid nursing license/CNA certification in the state of CT in good standing
• Experience in senior care preferred
• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.
