Job Description
This is a unique role on a unique team. You will be working side by side with the client on a dynamic category with growth targets across key global markets & brands. You have the opportunity to help re-write the rule book for what best in class launch / sustain campaigns look like for a whole new generation of consumers. You will be a key influencer and driver to bring to life marketplace partnerships, evaluating new opportunities to align brand/ audience passion points/ culture across local markets.
The right candidate is a self-starter, energetic & curious to keep pushing for great and relentless in delivering. You will be comfortable working within a matrixed team, have the gravitas to discuss ideas/ opportunities/ updates with senior clients and energize global teams to support. You have a strong media background, investment-first mind-set, with an understanding of end to end IMCs. This is an energetic, supportive and collaborative team that manages a partnership-driven client and fosters an environment of respect, learning, and development.
Deliverables includes generation of strategic insights across key Global Media Partners and recommendations resulting in inputs for tool-kit development, deployment and closed loop learning working with key agency stakeholders. Compensation Range: $119,510.00 - $188,025.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. Responsibilities
- Direct, ideate and manage strategic investment guidance of global partnerships across the media eco-system (linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, Addressable, OOH, Display and Social) including proposal development, campaign activation guidance and maintenance, and post-buy recaps across global network
- Strategize with brand stakeholders and client to develop innovative, well-targeted marketing solutions
- Interface with clients and partner agencies to build inputs into strategic communication plans for targeted audiences in partnership with Global Brands team
- Q/A client deliverables to ensure grounded in business reality/ accuracy
- Understand and effectively communicate value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current accounts
- Participate in investment forecasting exercises for global clients
- Develop processes to ensure data integrity and implement across the teams
- Provide ideas and solutions for pain points/problems in processes; then work alongside internal and external teams to develop best practices, enhancements, and tools to improve these
- Determine and activate how to deliver necessary data to teams for various reporting purposes
- Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple internal teams and external teams
- Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure trust and confidence with our buying partners
- Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
- Embrace and encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably with a concentration in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights
- Strong understanding of the TV and digital media landscape (Linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, Addressable, OOH, Display and Social)
- 5+ years of media buying experience with progressive levels of responsibility
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
- Proficiency and comfort with handling data and reporting.
- Knowledge of the media eco-system including emerging trends and an understanding of core global media partners
- Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Ability to manage timelines, projects and personnel with client and across cross-functional teams including local markets
- Proven experience in successfully managing multiple work streams at one time
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively lead meetings in-person with key clients
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working within media systems/platforms (Kantar, MOAT, GWI/TGI, Prisma, ComScore a plus)
