Job Summary

The Sr. Director Real Estate and Analytics leads a team to drive market analysis, pipeline management, and financial oversight and analysis of everything with the scope of US Company Operated Development. The individual drives growth by developing and implementing tools for site selection, leading sales forecasting projects and optimization, and centralizing reporting and KPI management across the team. They champion efficiency through process improvements, support the Real Estate Committee, Executive Team and Board reporting with compelling insights and provide critical financial analysis for capital planning, site performance evaluation, all while leading the departments long-range pacing plan. This role is highly cross functional and will work hand in hand across development and with partners in finance, marketing, operations, business intelligence and tech systems.

This is a Hybrid position based in either New York or Atlanta.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead pipeline strategy and market mapping efforts in partnership with Business Intelligence and RE Managers, including creating annual growth plans, ensuring progress in execution against plans, performing new market evaluation.
  • Create and implement new tools and standards to aid deal makers in site selection and market evaluation, including pre-tour materials, market-by-market plans, and site lookback analysis.
  • Drive in partnership with Business Intelligence and Finance, all sales forecasting, cannibalization and market optimization analysis
  • Drive efficiency across the department, levering tools, ai, and other means to drive process and reporting efficiency and be a champion across the teams to develop more efficient methods for budgeting, estimating, reporting, forecasting and sharing critical information.
  • Centralize all development reporting working directly with CDO to develop core KPIs and reporting within the team and to Executive Team and Board.
  • Support Real Estate Committee process & presentations to ensure Real Estate team is putting forth compelling sites for approval with a high degree of sales confidence, building classes with targeted returns and managing class-wide risk.
  • Provide key financial analysis of all capital planning, R&M analysis, NSO spend category analysis, Shack performance lookback analysis, and key site criteria and feature analysis.
  • Lead the long range pacing plan that determines key output metrics across the company.

Pay Range - $141,550.00 - $192,050.00
