This includes managing a team of boat captains, boat tour manager and crew members, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining boats and equipment, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of boat captains, boat tour manager and crew members
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and requirements
- Maintain boats and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for boat operations
- Monitor and manage budgets for boat operations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Train and develop staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in boat operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and boating license
