We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Survey CAD Project Manager to lead and manage construction layout and stakeout projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in project management, CAD design, and construction layout. This role involves managing field crews, client relations, and ensuring the precision and quality of all project data.
Responsibilities
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $55.29/hr.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Survey CAD Project Manager to lead and manage construction layout and stakeout projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in project management, CAD design, and construction layout. This role involves managing field crews, client relations, and ensuring the precision and quality of all project data.
Responsibilities
- Manage field crews and client relations, ensuring effective communication and project coordination.
- Lead and manage construction layout and stakeout projects from inception to completion, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Generate stakeout data for construction layout, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications.
- Create detailed CAD drawings for construction layout and stakeout purposes, including site plans, grading plans, and utility layouts using Civil 3D.
- Collaborate with surveyors, technicians, project coordinators, and support staff to ensure data accuracy and project adherence to schedules.
- Perform quality control checks on all drawings and stakeout data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CAD software and equipment used in construction layout and stakeout.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all project drawings, stakeout data, and related documentation for future reference.
- Organize DWG files utilizing Dynamic Blocks, Layers, and other CAD tools.
- At least 3-5 years of project management experience in construction layout projects.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D/AutoCAD for drafting and CAD design.
- Experience as a Survey CAD Technician working on construction layout projects.
- Knowledge of Leica Software (Total Stations and GPS).
