The Role
We are looking for a Digital Product Delivery Manager in the OSG Client Services space to focus on website enhancements and capabilities for our online application, accounts.fidelity.com.
As the Digital Product Delivery Manager, you are the end-to-end gatekeeper of the squad mission and tactical execution associated with delivering on strategic priorities. In an Agile structure, you will execute on specific product features and ensure respective products or services are available, stable, performant, and supported when required.
You will ensure alignment on the 'what', 'why' and 'when' work is to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog along with other OSG Leaders. You will enable squad members to work iteratively, innovate through testing and experimentation, and learn from failures while celebrating success. Your responsibilities include:

- Developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role. In addition, your responsibilities include:
- Defining, refining, and communicating the squads' mission and roadmap to motivate and build team and partner support and alignment
- Anticipating, discovering through ongoing interaction with, and prioritizing client / partner needs to serve as their voice and guide execution of the team
- Defining, evaluating, and communicating results against acceptance criteria
- Inspecting and evaluating progress, and removing impediments
- Driving enhancement requirements, technical solution review, business acceptance testing, and implementation coordination
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- You are intellectually curious and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching
- Experience with managing projects/products and providing solutions to problems
- Financial services experience, preferred
- Understanding and comprehensive knowledge of operations within the Intermediary business, preferred
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend technical requirements and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across all teams.
- Agile experience You continuously improve and encourage an agile way of working
- Jira and Jira Align experience, preferred
- You grasp sophisticated product features and break them into clear and concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria and optimally communicate these
- You have a strong focus on execution and identify, communicate, and remove impediments to progress
- You have or are committed to developing a balance of technology and non-technology skills to fully appreciate the broad needs of our customers
