This role will be out of Macedon, NY (hybrid).

WHAT WE NEED

The Senior Manager Business Alignment is responsible for ensuring that the organization's strategic goals and objectives are effectively aligned with its business processes and operations. This role requires collaborating with various departments to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a senior role within the organization, reporting to the Chief of Staff. Its purpose is to identify, plan, lead, and communicate high-impact, cross-functional problems and initiatives that will improve our metrics and decision-making, accelerate throughput, improve quality, and enable scalability of the entire organization. The Business Alignment function will ensure BRF is uniquely positioned to execute with speed without sacrificing long-term efficiency and effectiveness. The desired core principles for this position include being relentless in rooting out and resolving cross-functional inefficiencies and being process, data-oriented and people savvy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Develop and implement strategies to align business processes with organizational goals, collaborating with teams to sustainably solve inefficiencies and scaling challenges.
  • Lead high impact, enterprise initiatives and transformations bring standardization, agility and change a change management approach
  • Enterprise-wide Programmatic Ownership of:
  • M&A Integration Playbook to ensure readiness. Lead future M&A enterprise-wide integrations, to ensure seamless alignment of processes, systems, and cultures.
  • Portfolio and Project Management Standards to establish functional expertise in project management for consistency and best practice sharing.
  • Enterprise Change Management Program, integrating into Business Alignment Initiatives and Functional Initiatives, collaborating with teams to effectively complete, and sustain change management best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement Standard for a consistent approach to CI across enterprise, building talent and empowering within business functions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to identify alignment opportunities and drive cross functional initiatives.
  • Manage employee performance by clearly defining job responsibilities and standards of performance; tracking progress against goals; providing clear, thorough, timely feedback; and addressing performance problems and issues promptly.
  • Ensure self and staff keep up to date on technical knowledge and developments that impact roles. Use this information to drive improvements and/or prepare for changing requirements.
  • Ensure an effective learning environment by coaching employees, orchestrating learning opportunities, and providing relevant, high-impact feedback.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of strong business-process experience (Lean, Agile or continuous improvement) is required.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and supporting organization-wide initiatives in Continuous Improvement, Change Management, and Project Management.
  • Proven success establishing strong relationships and working across all functions within the organization. Ability to accomplish goals within a matrixed reporting structure.
  • Proven experience in enabling a fast-growing organization with the information and insights needed to execute effectively and efficiently
