Who You Are:

• Juris Doctor & Admitted to the NY Bar
• Plaintiff Employment Litigation Experience
• Litigating cases under the following statutes:
  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
  • The New York State Human Rights Law
  • The New York City Human Rights Law
  • Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
  • New York Labor Law (NYLL)

What You Will Be Doing?

• Handle all phases of assigned caseload through settlement
• Draft pleadings, including EEOC charges and initial complaints
• Vigorous representation of clients throughout the litigation process
• Attend court hearings and conferences
• Participate in settlement efforts, including through mediation and settlement conferences
