Overview:
This is an Audio Video Event & Operational Support Position. Employee will complete activities related to larger and/or more complex installations, configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Ensures system hardware, operating systems, software systems and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff and partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
Education and Experience Required:
Associate's degree and a minimum of 5 years' executive and endpoint user technical support experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years' technology, audio, video, live event, av production or virtual events
General to advanced personal computer and mobile device operating systems skills
General to advanced technical skills
Excellent customer service skills
Experience supporting senior-level staff within an organization
Knowledge of audio and video conferencing systems
Strong analytical troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience producing clear and concise information
Valid driver's license
Availability and ability to travel within and out-of-state
High level of professionalism
High level of integrity
Proven organizational skills
Proven planning skills
Education and Experience Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Project management experience
Knowledge and understanding of corporate governance principles

This is an Audio Video Event & Operational Support Position. Employee will complete activities related to larger and/or more complex installations, configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Ensures system hardware, operating systems, software systems and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff and partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve to problem with Webex, On24, VBrick and other streaming/ virtual event platforms.
- Video Streaming using Multicast, Unicast, HLS
- Respond and diagnose problems with the AppSpace Digital Signage platform
- Cultivate a in depth understanding of audio video hardware installations at location, then apply that knowledge to document, solve, or accurately report on endpoint, device, network and software problems. Work with engineering teams and A/V installation partners to track and resolve any known or reoccurring problems. Provide onsite audio and video support for onsite & virtual events
- Determining & execute any needed A/V peripherals are required for conferences and events
- Monitor and facilitate the conference including the operation A/V peripherals when required
- Immediate troubleshooting of conference problems
- Complete onsite evening responsibilities as scheduled.
- Coordinating directly with the equipment manufacturer and/or service contract provider for expedient repair/replacement as required
- Creating/Managing end-user instructions for the various video/audio configurations within conference rooms Working with peers to establish coverage for events
- Train users on the usage of the A/V systems
- Adopt and embrace any new video strategies, equipment and processes
