Position Summary:

The project manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects that drive product development, process improvements, and operational efficiencies. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams-including R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams-to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects related to new product development, process optimization, and strategic initiatives for the ZeptoMetrix portfolio.
  • Implement and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and status reports to ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
  • Track project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and ensuring alignment across all involved teams.
  • Support regulatory and quality requirements related to product development and commercialization.
  • Use of project management tools such as MS Project, Value stream mapping to identify waste and areas for improvement or streamlining.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification preferred


Experience:

  • 4+ years of project management experience in a regulated industry, or 2 years of project management experience and 2+ years of experience in the IVD industry.


Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing, and quality processes in a regulated environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, efficiently works under pressure, within deadlines or other essential time constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate to all levels of the organization.
  • Strong work ethic and an ability to excel within a rapidly changing and growing organization.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $85,000-$115,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
  • Annual-Incentive Plan (AIP): 10%
