The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Facilities Multi-Services Manager to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization in Everett, WA.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated Project and Construction Management Team, overseeing a group of first-line leaders and project managers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Boeing's GREF Leadership team, where you will play a crucial role in the planning, initiation, and execution of facility construction projects that support Boeing Commercial Airplane Programs.

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee activities within the facilities project management domain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Lead a high-performing team in developing and executing project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures, and establishing operational objectives
- Ensure the successful delivery of Facilities Projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, and closeout
- Coach and mentor team members in Project Management Best Practices and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
- Collaborate with leadership during project reviews to facilitate learning and ensure adherence to governance and controls, including finance and scheduling
- Acquire necessary resources for projects and processes, providing technical management of suppliers and spearheading process improvements
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with site leaders, business partners, peers, and employees to foster a collaborative work environment
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes; participate in source selection and offer technical guidance to suppliers
- Lead, develop, coach, and motivate employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of experience leading projects
- 5+ years of experience leading teams and direct reports
- Experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- 5+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members
- Experience in leading diverse teams
- Experience utilizing critical thinking and reasoning skills
- Experience utilizing strategic decision-making and continuous learning capabilities
