An exciting opportunity has opened for a licensed Physical Therapist to join a supportive and dynamic rehabilitation team in Sanford, North Carolina.

This role offers a fulfilling blend of inpatient and outpatient care-60% acute care in the mornings and afternoons in the outpatient clinic.

You'll play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, prevent disability, and improve their overall quality of life through personalized treatment plans and hands-on therapeutic care.

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and ongoing treatments for both inpatient and outpatient settings

• Develop and implement customized plans of care to restore function and improve patient outcomes

• Document patient information and treatment plans promptly and accurately

• Ensure correct patient billing per department and insurance standards

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to departmental initiatives including quality improvement, clinical education, and safety programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred)

• Current licensure with the North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy

• American Heart Association BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
