Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.

What you will be responsible for
- As an AVP in the Transfer Agency Alternatives Team, you will be Responsible for day to day operations of groups by managing workflows.
- Provides staffing recommendations by interviewing and making effective hiring decisions.
- Responsible for performance management of employees.
- May have two or more supervisors as direct reports.
- May have ten or more indirect reports.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with other TA business units as well as other departments within State Street
- Responsible for managing client Service Level Agreements and ensuring they are met.
- Responsible for managing internal and external KPI's and ensuring they are met.
- Develop and implement process improvements and effectively manage change to ensure departmental objectives are met
- Handle and resolve complex operational issues as they arise.
- Manage departments overtime budget effectively, indirectly responsible other department budget matters.
- Manage other projects or tasks as assigned.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA required
- Must have 4 - 7 years of mutual fund operations experience
- Proficient in MS Office Additional requirements
