Main Responsibilities:
  • General Ledger Management
  • Financial Management and Reporting
    • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    • Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast
  • Strategic Planning & Analysis
    • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process
    • Maintain cash forecasting models
  • Compliance and Internal Controls
    • Maintain internal controls
    • Collaborate with tax professionals
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Develop and evolve the finance department
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or plant finance or external auditing firm, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting
    • Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and financial compliance
    • Experience working cross functionally to establish budgets and collaborate across teams and promoting financial discipline and diligence.
    • Experience with forecasting and variance analysis.
    • Experience in cash forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization (preferred)
    • Previous experience closely partnering with founders or c-suite executives to inform and guide company decisions.
