Ensure that mandatory profit and growth goals are being met or exceeded.
Plan, coordinate and direct the overall operations of the assigned projects according to company standards.
Ensure that local and state codes are being met.
Evaluate the strength of the project team maintain a work force consistent with business activity.
Ensure that all personnel are committed serving our customer base, and building strong relationships with all contractors.
Monitor site safety and keep MOD rating < .9.
Maintain positive communications with customer and field.
Maintain Key Performance Indicators as laid out by construction team.
Maintain appropriate contract documents such as submittal logs, RFI's, Change Order requests, and profitably transition extra work into change orders.
Insure the installations meet the intent of the contract, and perform to the project budget.
