Construction Project Manager

Located in the Upper Midwest, we are an environmentally forward and safe water general contractor. We've been in business for over 35+ years and continue to be the lead in our space. We serve clients in the commercial and industrial markets, and are looking to expand our team in Colorado!

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution and final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource allocation.
• Conduct risk management assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Document project processes and maintain accurate records for accountability and future reference.
• Implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and risk management techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on communication and relationship building.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Benefits
