Responsibilities
As a Managing Broker at eXp Realty, LLC, your primary role is to oversee and support real estate agents within your assigned region or state while ensuring compliance with real estate laws and company policies. Specific responsibilities include:
Agent Support & Training
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to real estate agents.
Conduct training sessions and ongoing professional development.
Ensure agents adhere to eXp Realty's best practices and ethical standards.
Compliance & Risk Management
Enforce local, state, and federal real estate regulations.
Review and approve contracts and transaction documents.
Address and resolve disputes, complaints, and legal concerns.
Business Development & Growth
Assist with agent recruitment and retention.
Foster a positive and productive company culture.
Identify opportunities to expand market presence and brand recognition.
Operational Oversight
Ensure smooth execution of real estate transactions.
Maintain relationships with vendors, legal teams, and industry partners.
Report key performance metrics to corporate leadership.
Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sale
Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers
Be sure that state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all agents
Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team
Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage's high standards
Qualifications
To be eligible for a Managing Broker position at eXp Realty, you typically need:
Active Real Estate Broker License in the state of operation.
Experience: At least 3-5 years as a broker or senior agent.
Strong Knowledge: Local real estate laws, contracts, and compliance.
Leadership & Coaching Skills: Ability to mentor agents and resolve conflicts.
Technology Proficiency: Comfort with virtual collaboration tools (eXp Realty is a cloud-based brokerage).
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Superb customer service and communication skills
The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents
Must have a managing broker's license
Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance
Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
