Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and electrical systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality control procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members and subcontractors.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Experience in ground up hospital builds or healthcare facilities.
