Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business. This role involves ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time, working with employees, customers, and other stakeholders to improve the business and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, challenge current processes, and convert materials and labor into goods and services as efficiently as possible. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and involves working alongside the CEO and CFO.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Introduce fresh ideas and challenge current processes
- Convert materials and labor into goods and services efficiently
- Work closely with the CEO and CFO
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
- LEAN manufacturing experience
