Description:
GreenXT is seeking Senior Level Training Specialists to provide training support for the operation and maintenance of our Navy customer's Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems.

Responsibilities
- Researches and analyzes new or revised technical documentation and information to develop and update training material
- Conducts course and Training Events with the ship
- Designs, develops, and prepares structured training material, presentation materials, and courses of study related to the operation or maintenance of systems and subsystems
- Develops training material based on technical manual information, Ship Change Documents (SCDs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and other system information.
- Works to implement program use of the training courses and materials that are developed.
- Performs training gap analysis to identify gaps in the training for the systems onboard various ship classes
Requirements:
- Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain this clearance upon position acceptance) is required for this position
- Highschool Diploma
- Helmsman/Lee Helmsman qualified Integrated Bridge & Navigation System (IBNS) Steering, Ship Control System (SCS) & Propulsion Control System (SPCS) software
- Master Helmsman qualified (Preferred)
- 3+ years operational experience with IBNS/SCS/SPCS software or other auxiliary systems
- Naval Instructor qualified or equal qualification/certification
- Master Training Specialist (MTS) qualified or equal qualification/certification (Preferred)
- Curriculum development/management experience
- Experience in various formalized Navy training environments is a plus
- Expertise/Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) are required
- Willing to travel (30% on average)
- Motivated with ability to work alone and within team dynamic
