Your Role

To support our growing and innovative business, this role has opened up at our Miamisburg, OH (USA) facility. You will have the responsibility to manage multiple development projects simultaneously for our growing Active Pharmaceutical business. You will guide each project from early clinical to full commercial application, working with process and analytical development scientists, QA, QC, tech transfer, sales, and customers. You will manage the successful technical launch of new products and update stakeholders, adjust priorities as needed, and manage budgets.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Business, or related field
  • 4 years of project of program management experience, preferably in a GMP environment, including resource planning, schedule management, project team communication, and risk mitigation


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferably M.S. or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Business, or related field
  • Familiarity with ICH Q guidelines and a working knowledge of ICH Q7 and ICH Q8 is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
