Description:
Position Title: Financial Reporting Accountant (SOC Code 13-2011).
Position Duties: Prepare 10-K, 10-Q, proxy statements, 8-K documents, with ownership of filings and required XBRL reporting. Understand, review, and analyze data from multiple sources and groups to ensure disclosures are complete and accurate. Review the underlying supporting documentation for reasonableness and accuracy to validate the disclosure criteria and related discourses, including collaborating/communicating with our subsidiaries and corporate groups. Must possess the minimum attainment of a bachelor's degree or equivalent (foreign degree accepted) in Accounting, Finance or related degree and two (2) years of prior Public and/or Private Accounting experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
Salary: $105,000.00 per year, plus standard medical and fringe benefits.
