We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and creative Executive Administrator to join this team. This role, as part of the Premium Consumer Audio Business Unit, is a valued team member that helps our team run effectively and efficiently toward those ambitions.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for the Leadership team.
- Coordinate and schedule division-wide meetings and events.
- Assist with group announcements, communications, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate travel and complete expense reports on behalf of travelers.
- Welcome and on-board new team members.
- Manage administrative duties such as Ariba and Workday in support of the organization.
- Occasional support for special projects, or coordination of events
Required experience:
- You are known for being thorough, and for getting all the details right.
- Able to quickly connect the dots, you know how to foster cohesion and communication for a large team.
- You are comfortable navigating the highly sensitive and confidential work that is common at the executive level.
- You have mastery at Powerpoint and Excel.
- You can build memos and power point content for distribution
- You have excellent communications and Microsoft Office skills.
- You effectively use your network to get stuff done on behalf of the business unit.
- You continuously look for ways to contribute, proactively assessing the needs of the business, offering assistance and support
- You take pride in being able to balance priorities and multi-task.
- You have experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Ariba, Workday, etc.) and can easily use the systems to get things done.
- You get happiness from helping others, and from making the organization run more efficiently.
- You help coordinate follow-up and check in with staff to ensure timelines are met.
Required skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of administrative experience supporting at the Executive and Leadership level.
- Ability to multi-task and drive projects and task to completion with minimal direction.
- Ability to build clear communications, excellent proofing skills.
- Outstanding Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience with other tools like SharePoint.
