The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Program Scope
The Program Manager for Internships will work directly with the SHIPs (Emerging Talent) team to rebuild and run the Internships program at Indeed. The scope of this program includes but is not limited to:
- Indeed College and High School Intern programming across many disciplines at Indeed
- Indeed onboarding, orientation, and education material for a seamless experience for intern and early-career roles
- Support Talent Attraction and Recruiting teams for on-campus and virtual hire events
- Work with business partners across the company to understand and calibrate early in career roles
Responsibilities
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of the internship program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
- Coordination of the intern experience across many teams.
- Be present on-site for questions, concerns, coordination and escalations. Office location will be the Austin Domain Indeed office for in-person internship events (May - August).
- Create, facilitate, and manage training and orientation resources for intern and early in career roles
- Monitor intern progress and performance, manager and intern feedback
- Ensure performance measurement is up-to-date and consistent
- Serve as point of contact for internship managers and business partners for continuous calibration
Skills/Competencies
Skills/Competencies
- 5+ years of project or program management, with demonstrated program design and implementation experience
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey the program vision and impact across teams
- Experience managing deliverables from external vendors and partners
- Analytical mindset, ability to have innovative problem-solving methods
- Ability to work across many groups and business functions both in-person and virtually to deliver a top-tier experience for interns
- Passion for working with early-in-career talent to build a representative workforce
