We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team based in Columbus, Indiana. Our firm specializes in various construction projects, including fieldhouses, food processing facilities, corporate centers, and credit union headquarters. Job Responsibilities
This role requires working five days per week, including both office and site visits. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $110000.00/hr.

Job Responsibilities
- Review project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work, required contents, and time constraints during the bidding phase.
- Lead pre-construction efforts, including providing constructability and value-engineering analysis and subcontractor and vendor scoping and pricing.
- Provide input to personnel responsible for developing plans and specifications on design-build projects.
- Assign duties, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the Assistant Project Manager.
- Create, maintain, and monitor project schedules and performance.
- Participate in presentations to clients, as required, and secure permits.
- Work with General/Project Superintendents to schedule material deliveries.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with owners, customer personnel, subcontractors, vendors, etc.
- Assist in conforming to safety, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), insurance, and labor relations requirements.
- Partner with Health, Safety, and Environmental personnel to ensure projects follow safe working conditions and practices.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- 4 to 8+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager for a General Contractor
- Proficiency in Construction Management Software (i.e.: Procore, Trimble/Viewpoint Vista)
- Experience with Ground-Up Construction of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings
- Experience managing Budgets of $5 million or more
- Strong ethics with ability to work well in a team
- Preferred - Steel Building or Erecting experience
- Preferred - Construction Estimating experience
