What You'll Do
- Build scalable front- and back-end systems
- Write clean, tested code using Ruby or Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks
- Design APIs and backend services that power in-home care logistics, AI-driven recommendations, and real-time workflows
- Collaborate directly with the Chief Product Officer, VP of Engineering, and cross-functional team
- Own features end-to-end, from idea to deployment
- Review code, give feedback, and help set engineering standards
- Help us scale the system without slowing down
- You've built and shipped full-stack features in production
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Experience with (or strong interest in) Ruby on Rails and/or Python (Django/Flask)
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, AWS, and container-based deployment (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of HTTP, REST, auth, and security
- You use AI tools to speed up-not skip-real engineering
- Clear communicator, thoughtful problem-solver, team-first mindset
