UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Technical Support Specialist in Nashville, TN

We're looking for an Associate Director, Technical Support Specialist to:
Planning and testing the application, conguration and database changes, and installation of upgrades and patches and update production support documentation.
Triage with business and IT entities to resolve production issues (network, windows, UNIX, production control, development, application support, users, quality assurance, and LOB/ IT management).
Conduct day- to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
Develop data extractions and create reports, setup securities from requests or requirements stated by clients, and to investigate data related issues.
Move resource intensive calculations/jobs to Cloud to reduce on-premises footprint and save costs and write scripts to x failure and package application code and publish into central repository system.
Monitor and alert of critical system environments and support tasks to include periodic job failure, opening incident and problem tickets, software system maintenance and outage, client coordination, and vendor interactions.
Release implementation and post-release testing infrastructure upgrades and manage these through to completion.
Development of tools for automation and driving eciency/stability improvements.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Technology or a related field of study plus 6 years of experience in the job offered or 6 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst, Software Engineer or a related occupation.
