As a member of the lululemon Talent Activation team, the Program Manager Talent Activation - Cyclical Talent Strategies role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute your experience and passion for all things talent in a dynamic, fast-growing, and global business.
This role will report into the Sr. Manager Talent Activation - Cyclical Talent Strategies, Talent Activation and be part of a broader team of talent activation professionals supporting development and implementation of talent activation programs and initiatives.
This role will focus on creating and/or enhancing core talent programs across both corporate and field populations such as talking talent sessions, promotions processes, succession planning, and performance reviews. A critical part of this role will involve operations, timeline management, and communications across cyclical talent strategies while partnering with other teams People & Culture and business stakeholders around the world.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$81,500-$107,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, communicate, and own Talent Activation programs globally (such as talking talent sessions, promotions processes, succession planning, performance reviews): driving and conducting needs analysis, creating and executing against talent plans/roadmaps, and reporting and audit of existing programs.
- Responsible for enterprise timeline management of cyclical talent strategies, communications plans, leading global cyclical talent strategy education efforts, and detailed project management.
- Responsible for reporting on cyclical talent strategies including completion metrics, success metrics, performance trends, and various usage metrics of key programs and assets.
- Drive program goals and provide program management support. This includes defining project plans, managing implementation activities, and developing protocols, documentation, education, and communications for project rollout and ongoing management.
- Support streamlined user experience of key people processes, including identifying and operationalizing opportunities for process improvement and evolution.
- Create process improvement mechanisms including automation on some of the existing processes/ tools to ensure standardization and consistency as we scale.
- Identify appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness of Talent Activation initiatives including the ability to dive deep and partner with People & Culture and other stakeholders to drive results.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field from an accredited college or university.
- 3+ years of HR experience working in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and/or Project Management roles.
- Experience with Excel or other analytics tools to enable streamlined data reporting.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology and/or an MBA highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills - with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time sensitive matters and organized to manage and track multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Possess a high level of integrity, judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Knowledge of core Talent Management programs/processes, including performance management, promotions, succession planning, and talent development.
- HR Project Management experience with experience in scoping, leading and delivering complex projects. The right candidate will have a track record of project management from conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of program management lifecycle and project management tools.
