At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. If you'd like to help us build the place where people can find and buy anything online, this is your chance to make history. Come help us create innovative capabilities for Amazon's Associates, managers, and leaders to support the evolution of People eXperience and Technology (PXT).

Within PXT's Amazon Talent Acquisition arm, ITA or Intelligent Talent Acquisition is an industry-leading people science and technology organization made up of scientists, engineers, analysts, product professionals and more. Our shared goal is to fairly and precisely connect the right people to the right jobs. Last year, we delivered over 6 million online candidate assessments, replacing the "game of chance" with a merit-based approach that gives candidates the chance to showcase their true skills. Each year we help Amazon deliver billions of packages around the world by making it possible to hire hundreds of thousands of associates in the right quantity, at the right location and at exactly the right time. You'll work on state-of-the-art research, advanced software tools, new AI systems, and machine learning algorithms to solve complex hiring challenges. Leveraging Amazon's in-house tech stack built on AWS, you'll have the autonomy and flexibility to bring innovative solutions to life. One day, we can bring these solutions to the rest of the world. Join ITA in using technologies to transform the hiring landscape and make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Together, we can solve the world's toughest hiring problems.

Within ITA, the Principal Product Manager (BizOps) leader bridges the gap between conception of ideas and practical implementation, orchestrating complex projects from inception to delivery. Our work is pivotal in aligning cross-functional teams, managing resources, and navigating technical challenges to ensure ITA's most ambitious goals become reality. If you're passionate about technology and thrive in a fast-paced, high stakes environment, come lead transformative projects that remake the status quo of talent acquisition.
