- Conducting initial assessments to determine client needs and goals
- Creating tailored treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices
- Offering virtual individual therapy sessions to adult clients
- Maintaining professional development to stay current in the field
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
- California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
- At least two years of professional experience
