Areas of leadership include but are not limited to:
  • Training, scheduling, and payroll
  • Short- and long-term planning
  • Developing, recommending, and adhering to the budget, labor cost plans, and objectives
  • Management of inventory
  • Ensuring the inspection program is consistently maintained and inspecting rooms daily
  • Working closely with vendors to assure proper pricing, delivery, and maintenance
  • Assuring all safety, security, OSHA, and ADA policies and procedures are followed
  • Maintaining proper staffing levels to achieve customer service goals
  • Coaching and motivating colleagues to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures


The salary range for this position is $91,200 to $95,700 (commensurate with experience).
