Your role

Are you a confident decision maker and problem solver? Do you lead by example? Do you enjoy managing people and have the ability to influence people around you in positive and professional way? We're looking for someone like you who can:
ensure proper execution of the client experience for UBS Wealth Advice Center (WAC) emerging affluent and core affluent clients
work with Sales Managers and Financial Advisors to drive a high-performance growth culture and be responsible for driving and executing various business initiatives that are in line with the WAC's growth plan
assist Sales Managers in the overall supervision, management and running of the day-to-day functions of the office
coach and train Financial Advisor "expertise" and capabilities in areas such as platform knowledge, research, tool usage, retirement planning, business excellence training, and solutions that are critical to the WAC's ability to deliver an excellent client experience
manage all service center-like aspects to ensure things run smoothly, including escalated matters
develop the Wealth Advice Center staff by assessing job performance and providing honest feedback
work with individual team members of the staff to problem solve and answer Financial Advisor questions in a timely manner
promote a culture of ongoing learning & development

Your team

You'll be working as part of the Sales Management team managing Financial Advisors, from newly hired to experienced, at the Wealth Advice Center. Our UBS Wealth Advice Center's 250+ Financial Advisors serve ~300,000 clients with aggregate assets of nearly ~$20Bn
You will play a critical role in leading a team of Financial Advisors tasked with providing advice to clients and efficiently serving their needs while developing the team's overall skillset.

Your expertise

You have:
the ability to commute to the Weehawken, NJ or Charlotte, NC office 4-days a week minimum
a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
SIE, Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses required
experience managing others or have worked in a similar position
strong track record of success in previous positions
excellent problem solver and collaborate well with other people and teams
proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word & Excel
demonstrate self-confidence and driven with a proactive mindset
able to manage projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility
